 Nak's ghost

Mae Nak's ghost is well known in Thailand. Everyone believes that her actual reign 4 of Rattanakosin.
The current court is Mae Nak at Wat Maha But Suan Luang.

Story of Mae Nak's ghost

One young couple, husband and wife. They lived at Phakanong. the name of husband is Mak and name of wife is Nak. They couple living together until Nak had a pregnant. Mak and Nak very happy but Mak is summons to be a soldier by service.

Nak lived at home alone. She wait for Mak come back everyday but Mak can't come back because he must
war for protect land. War of Thai and Myanmar so heated and can't stop in jiffy.

At Phakanong, Nak wait Mak at the waterfront. She look for Mak but Mak never came back.
Nine month ago. At the night, Nak will calve but she live alone. She can't help her self she just wail until people heard her voice.
  

Many people try to help Nak but everyone can't help. Nak dead with baby in her belly. After that night.  have many people saw Nak at the waterfront, She cry and embrace with her baby. everyone knows Nak wait her husband came back. 

Nak ghost wait until Mak came back . She so happy and love her husband a lot. Mak never knows his wife die. He lived with Nak several month. the people try to told Mak about Nak'ghost but they can't. The people Knows if who try to tell Mak about truth. they will die.

One night, Nak cooked on the patio. She didn't knows Mak find something at space under a Thai house. the melon fall from patio. Nak stretch her arm to keep a lemon. Mak saw that by accidental. He very shock and fear.he ran from house to the temple. Nak follow Mak and she cry and Mak don't fear Nak but Mak can't back to home with Nak because a human can't live with ghost.and last the monk help Nak by spirits.
